Addenum
Looks like my broken finger is doing okay. Reviewed with the plastic surgeon today, it seems the splint thingy is doing it's job and holding the bone in a good position for healing. I have to make an appointment with the OT so they can keep track of how it's healing, and stay in the splint for 6-8 weeks, and it should be fine.

Oh my! What a nuisance, bother and a pain! Glad to read here that it should all be fine in the end, but I'm sure you're not looking forward to the weeks of healing ahead.

Uh, dude. It's the little finger on my left hand. I have seven other fingers and 2 thumbs. I can still poke back. >:P

ALSO! The Krispy Kreme near my house opened! *bouncebouncebounce*
